By signing up for TFStudio, you agree to these terms. Full legal text reviewed by counsel will replace this before commercial launch.
Your content
You own the videos, voices, and scripts you create. TFStudio receives a limited licence to process them through the providers required (TTS, avatar, captions) to deliver the service. We never use your content to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not clone voices without the speaker's consent. Do not use TFStudio to generate deceptive, harassing, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly; cancel at any time from your account. Credit top-ups are non-refundable but never expire. Managed engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it up, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
